Well, there are 97 days left till we should be on the farm, and I am going through all our junk trying to get rid of as much as possible to reduce the amount of stuff we are moving with us. I came across a copy of The suburban farmer's handbook: A comprehensive guide to growing and preserving your own food and drink. Within this book are several charts containing information on when to plant, when to spray for insects, and even on canning and preserving foods. Since it is spring up here in the Great White North, and I won't be able to plant a garden this year, I figure I would share one of the charts with you. Enjoy – Wolfe
